We’ve been supporting our clients while their homes are undergoing construction. Here’s an update from our projects that are currently on site.
Heath Lawn

Our 3D model of the structure allowed the client to see how the design interacted with the architecture and existing structure to ensure there were no setbacks later in the process.
We supported the client and the design team during the construction, ensuring the project ran as smoothly as possible while on site.
Cortworth Road

We’ve been out to site to inspect the Inner courtyard balustrade framing and had a glimpse of the recently installed Douglas fir beams which will look fantastic when exposed in the extension.
Newfield Lane

The strip out has started, new pergola has been installed and the foundations have been laid for the new double height entrance hall, which will be a fantastic addition to the home.
Creswell Road

Croft Design Collective have designed the house to be built to the Passivhaus standard which is a straw bale and SIP’s construction.
We’ve helped the client and builder to iron out some of the details while they’re on site and the house is now almost complete.
Glenaire

Having recently completed the design for this retrofit and remodel project with HEM Architects, we’re due to commence our stage 5 site service in May.
The project is a complete overhaul of a tired 1960’s bungalow with a focus on thermal improvements. Careful structural detailing was a key consideration of the design to ensure the structure is going to be thermal bridge free.
We’re looking forward to sharing more updates in the coming months once the construction is underway.
